I founded The Coaching Tree in 2021 after years of evaluating every angle of the athletics environment available to me. Almost all of the issues I've faced could have been avoided by having the right person lead my team or organization. It is no secret. From coaches to officials, game workers to administrators, the pool of qualified athletics professionals is shrinking. The Coaching Tree seeks to fill that gap in the athletics networking market by providing a platform tailored specifically for coaches. With a focus on user experience, innovation, and value creation, we aim to become the preferred choice for coaches and other sport professionals seeking to connect, collaborate, and advance in their careers. Current Occupation: Assistant Director of Student Life & Athletic Director at Upper Arlington High School in Columbus, OH. Responsible for 33 Varsity sports and 1500 student athletes who have earned 157 Division 1 State Championships. Additional experience in middle school, professional, collegiate and recreational athletics combined with a Master of Science in Athletic Administration from Ohio University. Kids. First. Always.
